Connecting families with trusted, local care providers

I recently received a call from Caring Co re Aged Care placement & spoke to Tiffanee offered advice, as to Aged Care facilities we might call regarding placements. I can only say that Caring Co, was very helpful in our quest for Aged Care.

She said she would make contact with 2 providers & have them contact me, within the hour I had phone calls from them & was able to move forward with my decision. Being new at caring for my dad I didn't know where to turn but he was right onto it & got providers to give me a call to talk about the care packages they provide, thanks Daniel you have helped me out immensely.

Could not be happier with Caring Co. I contacted them for help on self managed Aged Care package. I received three phone calls within 3 days from providers. Caring Co follows up regularly to see how we are going as we have had to delay decision at this stage. Highly recommend if you need help navigating your package.

Very helpful assistance with finding a provider to support me in self-managing my mother's home care package. Completely free and the service they recommended (Trilogy) were able to clearly explain the benefits of using them instead of another service.
