As an approved provider of government-funded Home Care Packages in Melbourne, we provide the home care services and supports that help you stay living at home on your terms.
For over 50 years we have provided accommodation options for older adults in our retirement village and Residential Care facility, as part of Tabulam and Templer Homes for the Aged and have been providing in home care since 2007.
Our home care services are designed to support you in retaining your general health, quality of life, and social interaction while still living in the warmth of your house. We do this with our team of Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Carers and other support staff, our aim is to maintain your independence.
The home care services are all designed to be flexible and match your unique circumstances. As a non-for-profit, community based home care package provider, our aim is to ensure that you have everything you need to live safely and securely at home.
