Wow, how has the facility changed! One star is too many! What was a friendly, helpful, and "wished for location" to spend final years, is now a horrid place of "wishing to escape" from. It is absolutely dreadful. It is a complete shame and people should know what is happening to their loved ones - even those discarded and left to live out their lives hidden away. The lack of basic care such as regular rolling, serving of meals and providing eating assistance, even getting regular water to drink, seems too difficult for these staff. There attitude is do as little as possible - no one will know. The lies told straight to your face are astounding. Please, if you have a loved one in this facility and you care for their wellbeing, consider taking them somewhere else. A Current Affair will be getting a call tomorrow!

Spent time with the residents watching a couple entertaining them with a country & western singalong while my mother visited her friend back in her room
