Watched staff drop my dad. Unfortunately for him, he's completely lucid. A couple of days later, staff told me that Dad "kept asking for a newspaper. Every day". The irritation was palpable. Given that family had been bringing newspapers from home, this was a complete lie. The exasperation and condescending attitude were unreal. A disagreement ensued. Management were incredibly overbearing. Interruptions galore. If you want to see your loved one eating literal brown slop, pay hundreds of dollars a week in gap, have staff be rude and worry all the time....go here.
i have been hearing about this facitly its very good so I would like to be part of this group. Thanks
