If I could I would do minus a thousand stars. My grandad fell and they did nothing and he ended up passing away, they then proceeded to lie to us to cover up that they had not got medical treatment for him. Sadly they told me he was 90 he was going to die anyway, this was some time ago but we spent years uncovering their lies.
Poorly maintained. External gardens are kept well so it looks good from the outside. Inside the grounds for patients and familys are dirty unkept. Staff are constantly different. Definately not friendly or family orientated. They lack consistency and general hygiene for patients. Hostile to enter premises which is unacceptable as its difficult enough for familys dealing with dimentia . They dont return calls or emails from amana head office. Its very concerning. I dont trust amana unfortunately x
The staff are horrible and care little for your loved one. The management care little and turn a blind eye to a lot of things. They display one new part of the facility in the photos. The rest is horrible, unclean and sad. If you have a parent you did not like, send them here
Very good care home. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Management and nursing staff always welcome enquiries and are happy to discuss any concerns. Meals are of good quality and liked by Dad. Great medical support and follow up. Activity program throughout the week and lots of options for visiting locations eg Garden, small lounges and residents room. Covid 19 has impacted on capacity to interact with other residents when visiting. Always a friendly and welcoming visit. Allows pets to visit too!
My clients visit a relative here frequently. Gardens are neat. Staff are friendly.ĺ
