Friendly staff, rooms are nice, gardens well kept. Clients seem happy.
We we’re so appreciative of the care & dignity all the staff provided to our mother who recently passed away. Their support to us as well was exemplary. Many thanks to you all.
Staff shortages mean they employ alot of agency staff and they tend to care alot less about the residents. Their 'hands on' treatment can be rough and many don't understand English well enough to understand what the residents are wanting causing frustration in the residents.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR RELATIVES HERE!!!! Staff are cold and heartless. Denied my toddler the chance to see his dying grandmother because he had not had a flu vax - despite rules being able to be relaxed for end of life situations. Management couldn't even be bothered to come and speak to me myself. Got their miserable reception staff to re-lay message to me.
A modern, bright facility that is vibrant yet tranquil. It has an open, spacious design that uses the light well with lots of windows and private beautiful gardens throughout for people and their families to sit in. A lovely environment that is so much better than some of the daark, depressing, older facilities around.
