My mother had to go to a nursing home about 18 months or so now and my sister who was looking after her found it very difficult to feel this had to be done, but she she was so wonderful and took my mother in and did a great job looking after her for about 3 or so years found Warnervale Gardens to be the best place not to far from most family. I don't live close at all so I've only visited a handful of times but I am able to call on their phone and speak to her, never once her complain about the staff. I have plenty of family near I know from not just my experience but theirs as well that the staff there are very nice, the place is clean and thankfully doesn't have bad smells like some nursing homes do I'm sorry to say. My niece lives very close and sees my mother most nights of the week and I've not heard any complaints from her . The grounds are nice the building has separated wings that can be shut off from the others if needed and they are very covid conscious and do all they can to keep everyone safe and have been doing a good job of it. I'm so thankful for my mother being there as I know she is in a very caring enviroment.

Staff go well beyond their duty of care. Everytime I have gone to visit have seen all staff engaging with residents. Well done to all staff 😊

Highly recommended. Most staff very caring. They looked after dad in respite. I dare say dad will return permanently at some stage.

My dad has been there for 2 weeks and they still can't puree his food or serve with a mug of gravy to ensure he can swollow every mouthful due to radiation treatment. He is lonely and sad. Hopefully this review will improve over time but I am dissappointed. He has come from high homecare to low care :(
