The facility manager Hassan and GSM Sean make it a point to address the concerns of the residents as well as help the staff in providing the best care possible. The management and staff of Arcare Malvern East set the standard when it comes to the care of our elders, the staff treat the residents and each other with respect and dignity, Arcare Malvern East deserves their 5 star rating and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Mums been happy so far, luxurious apartments and interior, looked after as promised.

My Dad loves Arcare Malvern East. The staff treat him in a truly caring manner, which is the most important thing for us. I was very concerned how he'd cope once Mum passed away but he's managed better than I ever expected.
