One of the worst aged care I don’t know how they can say its 5 star aged care my parents always complain of short staff because of them they are not getting proper care. Disgusting
I decided after looking at a number of residential care facilities around Noosa and the near by surrounding areas that Arcare had the most positive, caring presence about it by far. Mum has been living in Arcare for a number of weeks and I am so happy with the positive, happy environment that the staff and beautiful surroundings provide for mum, the team at Arcare are extremely professional with that caring touch, their communication about mum's care has been excellent and they have been so lovely and encouraging with mum whilst helping her settle in. I have joined mum for dinner most nights and I can honestly say that the service and food has been of a very high standard, all of the residence intermingle with a smile on their faces. I can highly recommend Arcare to anyone that is needing to place their love one/ones in care. Tanya Taylor
Amazing new aged care centre. So beautifully furnished. Staff are caring and help to involve all residents. Just attended moving Anzac service. We were given fresh Rosemary, a hand crocheted poppy and even an Anzac biscuit
My Wife Kaye has been a resident of Arcare Noosaville for close on three months and it has been a wonderful home away from home for her. The facilities are beautifully modern and comfortable and the staff have been first rate. The onsite cafe makes a wonderful place meet-up and the activities coordinator makes sure there is always something fun happening. The Noosaville management and the whole team were excellent during move in process and have been very accommodating. The atmosphere is always upbeat and positive thanks to the dedicated and caring staff.
My husband Robert was one of the first people at Arcare Noosa and has now been there for three months. During that time he has settled into a daily routine with the care and support of the dedicated staff. Whether it is Marcella, and the Administration staff, Rebecca and the nursing staff, or Gilly who looks after the activities, they all show the same respect and caring for the people in their care. They also are very aware of the stress and trauma that takes over when family have to deal with changes in their lives and the handing over of a loved one to professional carers. At this very difficult time, Arcare have cared for Robert and they have cared for me. Thank you Suzanne Wright

You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.

Arcare Noosa supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
