What a gorgeous place to work in!! The staff I worked with in the last 4 days have been nothing but amazing!! Thank you Joe (AIN), Joe (RN), Jin and Suk (forgive me if iv mispelled your name)
We are so happy with the excellent care and attention given to our Christine. She had been a Nursing Unit Manager in her working life and she appreciated the love, yes, love, given to her. The facilities are great but it is the people who work there that make this place so good. All staff on Christine’s floor, not just the RN, were aware of her condition on a daily basis. Amazing. We took advice from independent professionals in the field in choosing Ashfield Terrace. How right they were.
Upon first visiting Opal Cardinal Freeman Aged Care Home, mum and I were warmly welcomed by Patricia and David from the management team. They were professional, approachable and very willing to provide my 88-year-old dad with the palliative care required. The aged care home looked clean, staff appeared friendly and overall the home had a very homely feel to it. After viewing numerous aged care homes in the inner west, we chose Opal Cardinal Freeman Ashfield. Dad was in palliative care from January 2020 until his passing in March 2020. The care provided was outstanding! Praise goes out to RM Lao, RM Terry, staff member Llewelyn and all the staff on the second floor who went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure dad’s needs were met and that he was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The home also embraced and cared for our family and friends as we spent many hours at dad’s bedside. We highly recommend Opal Cardinal Freeman Aged Care Home in Ashfield and thank all the staff for their kindness, support and compassion.
It’s a terrible experience that I have gone through after all the process after selecting me on interview and I have spent literally 15 days for all the pre employement process which includes all the without telling the valid reason they rejected me just because I had applied in another opal Bankstown as well they said me in the phone just because I had applied in other opal and choosed this Ashfield one for me does it make any sense to reject me after selecting me? Why these guys don’t yell at the time of interview not to progress onwards..why do you give such a long process what if some people don’t have strong wifi? Then how will they finish all the questions? How will they do physio test? This is ridiculous why do I have waste my time, effort and energy after selecting then just because I applied in another opal doesn’t make any sense does it? No body gona be happy even they work in this organisation!! Ridiculous!!
