Such a lovely facility with equally lovely, accommodating staff. Pleasant atmosphere, wonderful lifestyle program. My mother-in-law says she is truly blessed to live at Banfiels.
I am very happy with the level of care my parents receive at Banfields. The nursing, management and lifestyle staff at Banfields are diligent, thorough, kind, very caring and treat each of the residents with the utmost respect. They go over and above what is expected of them to ensure their needs are met whether it is physical, emotional or psychological. Well done Banfields !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Since there has been a change in management the changes have been many, every change has been designed to ensure all residents are safe active and best of all listened to, the facilities have always been gorgeous and now the team running this beautiful place are totally invested in each and every person under their care, the upper management team has worked tirelessly to ensure that Banfield's meet Aged Care Government standards they go well above, each and every resident has a voice and is encouraged to be pro active in their care needs and wants. The staff are highly trained and also enjoy a fabulous health and wellbeing program designed to help them cope with all the difficulties caring for others. Banfield's has a wonderful team of specialists and as a family member I feel totally comfortable and included in the care of my Mum. It is wonderful to see that every person from the direct carers to the CEO all work hard to make Banfield's the best place for your family member.
Nice looking place but understaffed and the food menu is definitely not what they advertise. Director of Care does not understand residents' needs or clinical care requirements of residents, not qualified to do the job.
Understaffed Typical private owned for profit. Profit comes 1st before care , High turn over of resignations of worker. This all leads to poor care.
