Good place for elderly people with friendly staff and the place is quite clean
Beautiful place, friendly staff, lots of communal areas.
A photo with Helen. a lovely lady who is one of the five Greek residents of the nursing homeI visited on 24th May. That facility is of high standards on cleanliness, service and support to the its elderly residents. I recommend it to anyone.
Really lovely place. The staff are kind and responsive. There is a compassionate professionalism that reasures. Everyone Ive encountered has been consistently good from nursing to care to meals to cleaners.
My wife just clocked over 30years service at Westhaven, only to be told this week that Enrolled Nurses (her grade) will be made redundant by June 2017, to top it off she just dropped off a day, so she works 3 days a week, funny how quick they organised her change of work days, quickest turn around with the paperwork by the office, Management would have known how this would have impacted her pay out, that's how you look after your staff. She has given her all to the welfare of the residents. No recognition of her 30 years. Thanks for nothing Westhaven.
