They have the RN named Gita ..She is extremely rude and unprofessional . She often discriminate worker based on nationality.
My Mum was in Denistone Ward only for a short time before succumbing to dementia. During the time she was there the nurses and carers were fantastic. They treated my Mum like family and were so caring and respectful to her. There was nothing they would not do for her. This was comforting to know with the sudden COVID lock downs occurring. The staff were all very pleasant and happy. There were great communicators and would regularly update family members with my Mum's condition. The facility was always spotlessly clean with plenty of space in the rooms and internal/external common areas. I highly recommend Shalom!
Staff are always friendly, nursing care is good from what i see. Always clean and doesn't smell at all. Good little coffee shop. Residents that I've seen are happy.
Very poor environment. Great facilities but management have a bit of attitude and carers seem to all be miserable. I would never send my family here. I feel really sorry for the residents.
