For a facility in the heart of Midland, the staff here have been pretty impressive. I've been visiting regularly for a good couple of months and dealt with everything from requesting OT assistance, ordering a new bed, dietary requirements and etc talking with the kitchen staff, the careers, the front staff and the caretaker/maintenance person on site and have yet to have a negative encounter, quiet the opposite. My family member is happy with their care and that's the important thing. This industry is a tough one but, personally, I'd be happy to recommend this facility.
Very disappointing home - they forget to give Mum her evening meal and then try to fix her up something ( a bowl of cold soup and a slice of dry bread) forget her afternoon tea. Leave her lying in a wet bed. Some of the carers/ nurses speak to mum in a very unfriendly way. Her insulin and meds are given at the wrong times sometimes. Can’t wait to get her out of there - shocking place
