If I was an old person not sure I would like to live my last days there. Even though it looks very neat and tidy, the rooms are a bit tired. I am assuming the staff.
please treat people that a living there with respect and talk to them staff check up on them family are not always around talk to them keep there spirits up they need you play music play gaming with them keep them happy please treat patients with respect and don't hurt them most places are like that ill go to the police
Great staff, light and airy environment the down side to this place is the $8-9 budget per person per day they spend on food. They get better food in prison. I have had a family member there for 4 years and I wouldn't even feed the food to my pets. I have even had residents ask me to take them out for a meal when I have been taking out my family member.
Basic needs meet. Constant staff changes an issue. Not enough staff in high need areas including memory care.
I recommended this facility. The site has a relaxing environment under the circumstances, plenty of light into the building and views into the gardens. Staff are vey helpful, caring and attenuative to the in-house clients needs and that of visiting family. The building has several quiet areas both inside and outside allowing you private one on one time with your family member away from the room.
