Such a wonderful bright and beautiful facility. The staff are amazing. We love it. We know our family members are in good hand. Covid especially made it easy to see how much the staff are dedicated to their residents. My mother-in-law was so settled and seemed very happy when we did get to visit her again. I would recommend Bayswater Gardens every day of the week. Such a caring facility not only towards the residents but to their families as well. We will never be able to thank you enough 💛🙌 xx

My brother and I would like to thank the staff at Bayswater who all provided care to mum with comfort, dignity and compassion. Mum enjoyed her time at Bayswater and friends made in this chapter of her life. Thank you for allowing us to be in attendance during COVID with all the difficult decisions and circumstances that entailed.

It was a very positive experience that my family shared with my mother at Bayswater, caring staff and great Administration team, who showed compassion and empathy. The activities are well planned, the meeting areas well laid out and staff are always busy in a challenging environment. You would need to be very hard to please if you were not impressed by the lovely setting and facilities and it is only enhanced by staff that actually do care Well done to all, Thankyou for your enduring my family member felt valued and cared for

I have been a resident at Bayswater Gardens for almost two years. Never having been a resident in any other facility for aged care I cannot offer any comparison with other such establishments. I can say that the standard of care here is extraordinarily high. The facility is clean and modern and is kept so by a hard working and dedicated staff who all present a happy face to the residents. The carers are always available to offer assistance where and when it is required or requested. Always presenting their helping hand in such a way as to maintain the dignity of the resident, not always an easy thing to do. In addition to the 'hands on' care residents are offered exercise classes and entertainment. At night a nursing sister is on hand together with other 'carers' in the event they should be required. We have a very broad range of food excellently prepared and presented. There may be better aged care establishments' around but they certainly don't have the view from Bayswater Gardens.

Not for everyone We moved my mother into respite care at bayswater gardens for a few weeks. It wasn't the experience we'd hoped for. We found management to be rude and less than caring to both residents and family. The Filipino staff there are lovely though...
