Mum has been at Beechwood for almost 2 years. The staff are very kind, caring and efficient. Mum's room is always clean and the food appetising and delicious. Mum has enjoyed the many entertainments, activities and outings provided. During the Covid lockdowns the staff have gone above and beyond their duties, providing extra interaction with the residents and friendly care and comfort in the absence of family visits and continually managing window and zoom meetings. Mum is in good hands.

My mum has been at the Beechwood Nursing Home for nearly 2 years she seems quite happy. The staff are very caring, helpful, friendly and eager to meet her needs and requests, in a timely fashion. We get regular feedback on her progress in coping and social skills as well as her medical needs. During Covid restrictions the staff arranged Zoom meetings on an Ipad each Sunday. Mum got to speak and see families that were located in various states and that really lifted all our spirits. It became a weekly family event that we all looked forward to. All in all it's been a really smooth transition from a large family to a nursing home. We are very happy with care that she is receiving.

My Mother and Stepfather entered Beechwood in July this year, one week before the second lockdown due to Covid, the staff made them feel comfortable, happy and well cared for during these difficult times, providing weekly newsletters ,zoom meetings and window visits for the family to keep contact. They are very happy , the staff are very friendly , caring and attentive . Mum attends craft sessions, bingo and Friday sing-a-longs, they have a lovely room and have settled in well, our family could not be happier with our decision to place them there.
