Doctor and hospital instructions were for mum to be fed 4 times a day yet she regularly only gets fed twice because staff "forget". What are these extra service fees for when you're not even providing the bare minimum. And if you complain they refuse you entry into the building. Do not go here if you have any other choice.

Looks are deceiving. A pretty facade hides the devil in the detail. All show - No go. No responses to correspondence in writing unless a query or praise. Staff deserve medals for valour but instead get burn-out and leave. Mgmt are under duress and financial restrictions that promote obligation, compliance but not care. Underskilled, understaffed and overburdened. The cost is to your loved one's welfare. Look, observe, monitor.

If you care about your loved one then don't bring them here, i was told that my mother was terminal by the doctor in September 2020 and i came to spend every day with her then decided to move mum to QLD as she was ok but the old lady manager was rude and tells lies just to try to save the $950k bed they only care about the money so i hope they all end up in a similar place when they are old so the can reflect on there actions and lies they have given to others Mum is still alive and loving her new home in QLD at thew age of 97 and is living in a proper aged care facility. Shame on you Bella Vista Management

My mum is currently on 3 weeks' respite care at Bella Vista. I have to say that Bella Vista Gardens is the nicest facility I have ever seen. It looks just like a 5 star hotel. The staff are all very caring and super friendly. The grounds are immaculately landscaped and the rooms are very comfortable and beautifully appointed. There's even Foxtel! There are regular and varied activities for the residents to enjoy, including regular trips on the bus. The food is top class and there's lots of variety. There are also numerous lounge areas which are very comfortable and quiet for residents and their guests. My mum can be very fussy, but she has just loved her time here and getting to know some of the permanent residents. All in all, Bella Vista Gardens is a beautiful facility which cannot be faulted.
