The Opal Wallgrove Lakemba are under new Management. The new upper mgt in the facility have excellent work ethics, genuine duty of care for the elderly and unlike most facilities that show you their crudentials and say all the right words just to get you in & then disappoint with the worst quality of care & should be shut down!! Opal Wallgrove Lakemba are clean , they have compassion, empathy, professionalism, genuine care for the elderly without prejudice & without discrimination. Opal Wallgrove Lakemba do really do the best that they can to keep the elderly clean & safe & fed & help the elderly with respect & give them back their dignity & self respect by been kind and gentle and understanding. It appears that new MGT are very mindful and respectful of the elderly and really do take very good care and its not just a front like most other age care facilities . Most "other facilities ", have a great speech and say all the right things but if you spend enough time in the facilities like I have Investigating them I can honestly tell you things are never what they seem. Most facilities have very poor personal care or none and they do have plenty , not all but more than enough staff who can be and most are professional bludgers and this statement is without discrimination & without prejudice!!and most staff in other Age care Facilities are clueless and do mislead you & staff in other known reputable facilities almost have zero work ethics behind the scenes!! and almost no duty of care ! Behind the scenes !!! unless ofcourse someone is observing them & even then they do not hide the fact that they are helping the degeneration of the eldely by been negligent and incompetent & manipulative to hide their incompetence. Good news is Opal Grove Lakemba are doing their jobs and are a genuine facility !! I know this is hard to beleive but its a fact and when you become mindfull of a facility & open your eyes behind the scenes & be a quiet observer , it will make all the difference for the eldely. As most elderly be it a family person or stranger do not have a voice & need you to be observant so they can get better care in these facilities!!! Excellent duty of care Opal Wallgrove Lakemba!!
