Understaffed, worst hygiene ever, resident living with excrements and worst pee smell over the corridor, residents left alone for long time without supervision, paying lots money for the care of relatives and the only think keep hearing is, sorry not enough personnel. What are we paying for. This should have same standards if not higher than a hospital. Just wanted to be clear this is directed to the irresponsible directors and not the staff as they trying to do the best they can

Redicious staff. Dont have sense to talk with their co-staff. Staff is very rude. No-one is ready to work in that facility because of the behaviour of the staff.

Had reason to be here for a short while recently and found many of the staff in the nursing home to be most friendly and obliging with cares. They knew their work and their residents. Was good to see them try to work together as a team during difficult times

Unfortunately my loved one who has sadly passed away had a terrible experience. Staff did not show compassion or dignity to the resident. Everyone should be treated with respect especially knowing they don't have long to live. Staff were not trained in particular areas which impacted level of professional care. Medications were given that belonged to another resident and one day it took 4hrs for pain relief medication to be administered. Training in palliative care is definitely needed in this facility. Some staff were professional but unfortunately most really didn't have a clue which was frustrating to the resident dealing with this on a daily basis. I could go on and on but it really makes me sad and no one should be treated like this. I believe it mainly comes down to lack of training but then again you don't need training to show compassion and respect. This facility promised everything but unfortunately did not deliver

Nursing homes are difficult to praise, just for what they are. Would i like to be in one... No i wouldn't. If i had no choice then this place is pretty good. My mother in law is here and i visit fairly regularly. The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean. All her medications are looked after and they are supplied new tooth brushes regularly. They do the laundry for them.
