***Update*** Even more disappointing to see that Bethanie does not take the time to read or comment on reviews. Nothing will improve unless grievances are looked in to and dealt with, especially when it comes to dealing with residents being dressed down by unfeeling staff. Very disappointing. We took a resident out for a Sunday afternoon get together and advised the staff we would have the resident back by 7.00pm. Good grief, we were 10 minutes late returning the 87 year old back to the residence. The resident was then given a dressing down for being late back. Not the resident's fault being the passenger!! Please treat these people with the dignity they deserve, the resident has now refused another outing in case there is another dressing down. Not anywhere near good enough Bethanie.
