I actually am a resident of Bethany, every place has its faults, no matter where. I am made to feel welcomed, usually have a laugh. & Reminded that it's your home, not for negative reasons.. staff are hard workers most show that they like there job. I recommend Bethany if you need the Help of others who mostly are professionals.
My mum had late stages Alzheimers, but Bethany treated her with such dignity and care. She passed away there a year ago yesterday. And yesterday, I received a Card from Bethany Home to mark this 1st Anniversary!! How awesome is that? Their care was genuine and flawless, and I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a caring and safe place for a loved one.
The staff very caring looked after Mother very well. Thank you to Oliver and all staff on Level 2
The young girl asked us every question possible, name, address, contact details. Then as we were about to go up to see our friend, she asked for our flu shot certificate. When we said we didn't have one, didn't know we had to have one, she just asked us to leave. Perhaps a sign on the door would be easier, or ask the flu question first, before everything else.
I know a person living there. Bethany does the job it was designed to do, but I feel it would be depressing for long term clients
