The best nursing home ever.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called at least 8 times over a 2 month period and sent 2 emails as requested and did not call me back or email me. All I wanted to know was if there was a vacancy for my mum. The receptionist was wonderful but I would sack whom ever looks after new intakes. I still can't believe it.
Top level care from an incredibly dedicated team. Great on-site cafe for family visits and birthdays of loved ones
No Accommodation fee for respite
You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.
Concessional residents welcome
Bethel Lodge supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
Residents at Bethel Lodge on average received 212 minutes of total daily care (91% target) from a combination of support workers, enrolled and registered nurses. In October 2024, a Registered Nurse was on site 24:00 hours per day.
