The staff are so friendly here. Place is so clean and the food is really lovely. I couldn’t think of anywhere better to care for my loved ones. Keep up the good work
My dad has recently come to stay in this fabulous nursing home. Large rooms with ensuite. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean homely environment. Very happy.
Riverlea have been very caring and their service has improved greatly over the past two years in this pandemic . Much appreciated Blue Care.
Under staffed, government funded, public nursing home. So sad to see so many elderly people wasting away. Your later years should be your treasure years...Not much luck of this happening here. Staff are lovely and do what they can...sometimes doing double shifts. Only 2 nursing staff per wing!!! Government owned and funded facilities for the elderly need attention now...What are our local councillors and mayor going to do about it ??? I can tell you now 'Nothing!!' Do they even realise that one day their last days/years could be spent here!!! DISGUSTING AND INEXCUSABLE 🤬 OMG!!! I have just looked at the happy snaps on this post...the elderly laughing and tending to the garden...All photos are fabricated and so false. I'm so upset about the false advertising...It should not be allowed.
Just moved a relative here, so far so good. No complaints about the meals (from a fussy eater). Spacious rooms, each opens to its own secure patio, so sliding doors can be open in the day to catch the wonderful river breezes. An easy to follow activities calendar and the staff seem relaxed and friendly. The location is great, near the Bundy hospital precinct. If you have the chance, definitely inspect Riverlea.
