Not a resident. But all interactions with the staff have been incredibly unpleasant, they’re rude and condescending.
Mum chose this wonderful place four months ago and these last months have been the happiest our family has seen her in years. The facilities more closely resemble a 5 star resort than a traditional ‘aged care home’, it is calming, peaceful yet fresh and ‘youthful’. I actually love spending time here. Every single staff member is an absolute gem, they love their jobs and they give mum the most personalised care and always treat her with kindness, respect and concern. The food (she has an unusual diet) is phenomenal and the medical care she receives is unparalleled and highly individual to her needs. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, both for someone who is thinking about entering an aged care facility themself but wants to retain the highest possible quality of living and for any family members/carers who are searching for a safe, sparkling, caring, individualised and stimulating environment for their aged relatives who may no longer be able to cope on their own at home.
Lovely place and the staff are well trained and experience. food was fantastic and well presented. Facility was new and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s lovely to work here 👍
Staff were friendly and looked after my Grandmother well.
