My family put one in my elderly family members in there and them not to treat them well and not give them the correct medical treatment that they needed and then unfortunately it ended up with their death

I highly recommend Sapphire Care for your loved one. My Father was terminally ill and was looked after for 3 months before he passed. The Staff and Management are amazing. So Glad I chose right for my Dad's last days.
Staff are fantastic, however they seem very understaffed and struggle to get the meals fed to high care patients. There are now many high care patients needing assisted eating. But never enough staff to enable each patient to get a full meal. I observed over 5 days lots of wasted food and never enough time or staff to capably feed them all. The staff do the very best they can and are absolutely wonderful, but obviously the provider is looking at the profit line too closely. The quality of food for a private provider is appauling. It's low grade cuts if meat usually too tough for the patients to chee,or tasteless mince. The only meal that looks close to appealing is the roasts, but then it was stone cold when placed in front of the table I was assisting. The drink given to these people is watered down cordial. Often food is cold and portions very small. I saw no fresh fruit or anything healthy for the 5days I attended lunch and dinner. Very dissapointing.
