Absolutely PATHETIC ORGANISATION. I was a client and received a homecare package, but Lisa Collins wouldn’t budge on a technicality ( other providers do) so I found a provider in Victoria. Today I got the run around when trying to source a gardener from their pool. I believe the Royal Commission into Aged Care was a result of the pathetic attitudes of people like SHARON at Boandik.
They are very caring about their residents
An excellent retirement village and nursing home.
Mother in-law is a resident. It took several months for her to accept that this is to be her last home as she has dementia. The staff are mostly good and she is being well loojed after.
They are looking after my mother in law very well
