I cannot put into words how grateful my family and I are to Boyne Russel House. All the staff here have been extremely helpful and supportive whilst our father was here, but most importantly they care for and respect the wishes of all their residents, whilst making sure they are as comfortable as they possibly can be, and really try to make them feel as much as at home as they can. From the very beginning and to the very end Boyne Russel House have been outstanding by which the way they sensibly, yet always responsibly, allowed us to say goodbye to our Dad with dignity even through tough times. The experience we had was second to none here, and I recommend it wholeheartedly, knowing that your loves ones will be cared for greatly by not just carers like other nursing homes, but registered nurses from The Royal Melbourne Hospital. If I could only add a sixth start I would ! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts !
Discusting that this nursing home is supporting segregation and division and in order to see your loved one you have to be outside in the court ? They won't let unvaccinated inside but allowed in the court yard 😂 What's the bloody difference ? You are still inside the nursing home ! Make it make sense. Also breaking the Australian privacy Act 1988 by asking for people's vaccination Status . Which is a $63,000 fine bet the government didn't tell you that did they .
Very nice caring place the staff are really nice,
