A thank you to all the Caring staff. 😊 My Father has been in Brightwater the Village for almost 12 months now … The decision to make this move was a difficult one, … but the staff at Brightwater have always been so very helpful and considerate … right from the first visits when we made enquiries and viewed the facility. Brightwater the Village has pretty much become my Father’s world. … and so, it is very re-assuring to see the patience and caring concern so evident at Brightwater. We visit regularly and I am always so grateful for this caring attitude. Right from “Bronny’s” friendly reception, when booking visits and arriving, … to the patient care and concern from the staff we interact with, … the interactions between staff and residents, … and the activities which are encouraged. I am sure there are many challenging times, and that much patience is required of you in this difficult work. But I hope that you find rewarding moments in your days, and rest assured of the rewards to come. Thank you so much and God bless. Best regards, Richard Kempen Matthew 25 : 34, 36, 40, … Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, … take your inheritance, … … I was sick and you looked after me …, … Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me. …
Very pleased with the care they give my husband who has been recently admitted to The Village Inglewood. They have very caring people looking after your loved ones and nothing is too much for them. Looked at others but found this one suited him best. Will recommend Bright water the Village to any person wanting great care for their loved one. Very Happyx
