Worst receptionist. Very rude to the visitor and resident. There was a gentleman asked the receptionist something, he seems confused, but receptionist talked to him in the rude way without any patience at all. Pool gentleman walked away. I came as contractor and the receptionist was very bossy and not helpful. She doesn’t have the patience to do this job, seems she is annoyed by all the receptionist work. So disappointed and disrespectful. Don’t want to come back again.

Bucklands is a fantastic facility with wonderful staff. My Grandma was a resident here with dementia. The staff became friends over time and I'll always appreciate how lovely they were to Grandma.

I cannot speak highly enough of this excellent residential care facility. My mum who had been unwell and becoming more and more lifeless whilst living at home has improved significantly since residing at Bucklands. It's as though she has a new life! I have not ever seen her so consistently happy. She cannot wipe the smile off her face therefore neither can I. The staff are very caring and thorough. The places oozes with a beautiful warm atmosphere. The quality of care is outstanding! I am more happy for my mum than I can describe since she has been living at Bucklands. She has a beautiful room to herself. The whole facility is clean and everyone is super friendly and helpfuI.I feel so welcomed and at home whenever I visit my mum.She loves the daily activities, prior to living at Bucklands she had ceased going out because it was physically too difficult. My mum says to me over and over every time I see her "I love it here,I just love it! It's fantastic, I never would have thought that near the end of my life it would be so easy and comfortable". This residential care facility should be awarded no:1 in the state. I used to work in nursing homes as an agency carer and was constantly appalled at the conditions and treatment of residents so I was incredibly resistant about my mum going to a nursing home but now I think its the best decision I made with her.
