I thoroughly enjoy working for Bupa Barrabool! I have only been working here for around 2 months but I cannot fault it. Management are very supportive of their staff and are always willing and able to lend an ear whenever queries arise. They work long hours to ensure appropriate staffing, and that all care needs are met for the residents. The orientation was extremely thorough and effective, and it assisted in setting me up for success in my first week. I am also very impressed with all the available continuous education readily available to all staff members. I feel heard and valued by management, which I find is one of the most important values in any workplace. I feel very grateful to be part of such a fantastic team.

What an amazing place.I couldn’t speak any higher of the wonderful staff and the amazing care they give to all of the residents and for that matter the visitors. My mum Rita was treated so well in respite that she didn’t want to leave and is looking forward to her next stay in a couple of weeks time. What was initially a daunting prospect turned out to be a wonderful experience thanks to all the beautiful staff at Bupa Barrabool. Bupa Barrabool is such a welcoming and friendly environment we are so thankful to have found such a beautiful place for Rita to call home.We have been blessed! UN

In the short time Dad was resident there we could not fault the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They called us if any incident happened large or small. Dad had no complaints as a patient. The setting and location is perfect. Thanks everyone for your help.
