I'm in respite and I'm being looked after by nurses from a variety of nationalities moth male and female who carry out their duties in a most kind, considerate and professional manner. They have looked after me for three weeks with guidance and love and friendship. I intend to renew my respite for another two weeks. Not only has the nurses looked after me but also the staff within Bupa especially a young lady by the name of Kelly who is just a super star 🌟

Our mother moved recently into Bupa BHills. It's a big adjustment but my mum has only good things to say about all the staff and the food. The admin. staff are great, helpful and always responsive to emails. The staff are friendly and kind even though they are busy. The monthly online meeting with friends/family has helpful tips. When looking for respite for my husband a friend recommended Bupa, Baulkham Hills so I applied for 3 weeks respite. After 2 weeks my husband appeared very settled there and happy so his respite was changed to permanent care. After nearly 2 years in the home he was still content and happy and I have no complaint about the care he received. From the time I entered the reception area I felt welcomed and cared for. The ever efficient, Kelly, and her staff are very professional but also friendly. My husband was in Strawberry Fields and I found the RN's there very caring and always happily attended to any queries I may have had. Whenever I was visiting my husband I was impressed by the way the nursing staff who cared for the daily needs of the residents always did so in such a caring and patient manner. Although my husband was unable to express his feeling about the food I saw the menu as very generous with a lot of variety. The atmosphere in the home is bright and cheery and rooms nice and clean. Even through the covid19 lock downs, which were very hard for residents, families and staff, I felt the staff did the very best they could to keep up the high standard of care. I really appreciate the way my husband was treated as like one of the family at Bupa Baulkham Hills which was a comfort to me as I was unable to care for him at home.

I worked here for almost a year and it has been a wonderful experience. I got all the support I needed and I have been trained well. Bupa offers continuous learning for all the staff. The manager and care managers were very supportive and they care about their staffs. The admin staff especially Aryan and Arpan were very reliable and approachable. All the care staff and allied health has been very nice to me and did not have any issues. If only I have a choice I would continue working here. Bupa is a lovely place to work and a good training place for nurses. Thank you Bupa Baulkham Hills!

On behalf of my wife and I, we wish to let the team at Bupa Baulkham Hills how fantastic and thankful we are for the outstanding care and services they provide. Moving a parent into a nursing facility is a difficult and emotional experience but from the moment we saw the facility and the welcoming from the staff we knew this was the place to be. Kelly has been a standout staff member and we can't recommend her highly enough. Kelly made the whole daunting process easy to understand, made us feel welcomed and made Beatrice the happiest we have seen her in a very long time. Saying that, the nurses and carers have been exceptional also. The phrase “Leave that with me” or “I’ll take care of that don’t worry “make the whole experience outstanding. Beatrice has made new friends, loves social hours, has been baking croissants and has just informed us she will be making a Black Forest cake with the catering team for everyone to share. We truly believe that this was the best decision we could have made and it has given Beatrice back her dignity, hope and enjoyment of life. If you are considering moving a parent to care.
