Today I went on a tour of Kinglake wing at Bupa Croydon, and was hugely impressed with the beautiful, sun-filled and comfortable accommodation for my 90 year old mother! An absolutely daunting experience for my family has been turned into an exciting new chapter of mum's life, she will love it! Wonderful food, staff and caring people everywhere! Thank you Jodie and Nikki for your care and guidance during this stressful time!!! Robyn Dunlop
Awful. Under staffed, smelly, miscellaneous food, dirty - EEK
I wish there was an option to give zero stars. This place is truly horrible. My grandmother received the worst care here - often I would visit and her room stunk as she had been left for hours with an unchanged nappy. She was immobile and meals and drinks were regularly left on table completely out of her reach so she couldn't access them. There was a complete lack of basic care. I wouldn't leave my worst enemy in this awful place
Been working here for over 5 years and i love it here, the care is fantastic and the residents especially love activities 😊
I've been working for Bupa Croydon for over 7yrs and it's been the first I've never felt like I wanted to leave as it such a very homely and warm facility and the staff and Residents are such fun to be around... 5 Star 🌟
