We were looking for aged care for mum and came across Bupa. The team helped my mum have smooth transition into aged care and provided her support and care. They took the hassle out of me and made it comfortable and relaxing progress for mum and myself. Greatly appreciated all the help from the team!!

Bupa Head office have moved all trained physios from Greenacre today. There is 1 OT who is left. No communication and no feedback was provided to families. We entrust our loved ones to Bupas care and were promised physiotherapy services..how will 1 staff member do this when physio minutes have been reduced by more than 75%. Reduced mobility and treatment will have disatrous ramifications for residents and their day to day management putting pressure on care staff. Very sad and disappointed this is how we care for our elderly.

I wouldn’t recommend any patients with dementia to this place they are always under staffed they don’t follow family’s recommendation on patients needs .my Mum was given food that was not supposed to be given to her even after telling them so many times : they would hold her down screaming to change her and they never cleaned her well . No staff could tell us who was taking care of her and nobody spoke arabic

Beautiful facility, with beautiful people. The care provided at this facility, its just extra ordinary, I never knew anything about Aged Care but special thanks to Anu, Irene and Leonard for making my journey a worthwhile experience. Highly commended and a big thank you for what you have done for my Dad. My family will forever be grateful for the love and care given to my dad.
