Good to work with my colleagues. People are very cooperative and lovely. Been working here in this facility for 7 years on March

My mother is in Bupa NF I am very happy with the level of care she receives . Although an older building it’s very well maintained and most importantly it feels very homely(not like a hospital)The staff at most are very lovely and caring, I take comfort knowing my mother is where she needs to be and how lucky are we to be referred to Bupa NF . I love visiting New Farm and taking mum to different places in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this aged care facility.

I called to arrange a tour on New Farm facility and had to endure a 15 minute horror phone call with a person in Melbourne. Terrible impression, very upsetting and not handled at all well. If this is how the Bupa team approaches new residents then what is their care like. Very bad impression.

My experience with Bupa, Aged Care Newfarm, has been very unpleasant. I live behind the facility and have been trying to resolve a persistent odour complaint from one of the facility’s vents since 2018. My apartment is filled with a strong sewage smell on hot days or days with northerly winds, so needless to say, it has quite an impact on our day to day. Previous tenants and neighbours have also attempted to resolve the issue with no luck. Given how this complaint has been handled or not handled, I would think twice before having a loved one cared for at this facility.

I feel refreshed. The staff was very nice and the pricing was decent, came here on a coupon but probably will visit again thanks to well designed promotions. The soup is great. I mean the beverages are nice but I always get soup because it warms me up between my jogs. I do wish they are more welcoming, have spoken to a staff member about this but I feel like I have been dismissed. Could do with a few more parking spaces.
