    This place never tells you anything that is going on with your loved ones. The only way you can get information is to ring and that's if you get through. My mum died yesterday and they never let her family know where she was taken.

    Great place to work , everyone is friendly and easy to get along well. Management is easy to talk to if things arise

    I have worked at Calare for just over 19 years now what keeps me coming every day is its home like feeling soon as you walk through the door, it has a great bunch of staff and residents who have smiles on there faces every day even through 2020 as it"s been a tough year due to covid 19. Its my second home i feel like we are one big family at Calare.

    Appalling. The staff were all replaced by asians. PREVIOUS STAFF WERE THIEVES. .. one staff memeber got fired from a nursing home for bad conduct. yet calare employed him .. he then stole $800 from my mums bank Account. NOT A PLACE TO SEND SOMEONE YOU CARE ABOUT

    Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
