Very poor management specially the ccc, very rude to others and outsiders, worst facility , i have ever seen.
I used to think this was a great home, but its beginning to look a little tired. A bit of rubbish lying around which shouldn't be there. The staff remain friendly. I wonder if the change in ownership is making the difference. If you are in the right area there are fantastic views of the sea.
I love the location which is close to where I live I feel the staff are professional and caring The person in charge of activities is fantastic, tailoring programmes for the residents Food is good I recommend Elenora
Worst facility I’ve ever been to as an agency staff member. No towels provided for residents to shower. No sheets to change wet beds and told that it happens every day by both residents and staff. Staff told me to just leave the soiled sheet and it will dry by the night time. Told not to bother assisting with showers because there was no towels. Then later in the day was told by the in charge nurse to put all the residents in fall out chairs in to their rooms because “they mads it look messy” and management was coming through that day. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and to see what these poor residents pay to live here. Provides gorgeous ocean view but nothing else in quality beyond that. Will never go back and feel sorry for anyone who goes in the future.
It is me Laurence from the old housing home. Please help me I have fallen. Please. Pretty please I have fallen in the elevator and as I was falling I accidentally hit the button to stop the elevator and I’m trapped.
