Great nursing home. The staff are so nice. To let you know how wonderful they are. When it was my parents wedding anniversary and we were visiting my dad in the home Anne took dad out the room and secretly organised for a table with a table cloth and champagnea glasses to be moved into his room and we got to celebrate his wedding anniversary with my mum. Then today, I had purchased a movie on youtube for my dad to watch but he was having difficulty with his speech or understanding my instructions on how to access it. So I called the staff and immediately the nice lady transferred the call to the portable phone and helped my dad. They are so kind to him. I didn't get her name but she is an asset to the home. I asked my dad and he said he had not complaints and that all the staff always treated him so nicely. I'm only knocking off one star as I really want the home to give access to the internet to some residents like my dad. My dad (Mike) has MS so although his body is not working his brain is fine and it sucks enough that he is in a home so its nice that he can contact the outside world. He has a dongle but he often has problems with it and especially with covid trying to fix this when we can't go into the home is difficult but if he was just hooked up to the wifi then it would be so much easier. Otherwise I can't thank the staff at this nursing home enough. It was the third one we tried and the best by far and we as a family are so so grateful.

A great nursing home, however, still no internet. Just needs to catch up with the times!

Staff are always lovely. However, it is clear the place is poorly managed due to understaffing and a lack a basic things such as internet. When you press the emergency button no one comes.... we have tested this several times. one plus is that this is a very clean home.

We couldn't imagine a more caring, compassionate and supportive environment for our elderly Uncle, who sadly passed away last Friday. Over his last few months, the staff at Caroline Chisholm shone in their capacity to provide genuine support and love to our dear Uncle. Anne Curnow, Director of Nursing, you lead a most wonderful team. Our profound thanks.
