Rude and disrespectful staff towards agencies. Specially the RN katrina. Learn some manners to talk to other people.
We recently had cause to visit a very close friend in palliative care at St Catherines. She was only in their care for 1 week before she passed away, but during this time the staff treated her wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble, they attended to her promptly when the call button was used and family and visitors were treated with empathy. Would thoroughly recommend using St Catherine's.
Lovely modern facility. Fantastic/caring staff.
