So I did 240 hours of individualised care training for my cert 3 at this facility. I participated and saw everything - client care, food preparation and everything from behind the scenes. My mother is elderly and disabled. If she ever had to go into assisted care, THIS is the facility I would entrust with her because not only do they treat their residents with the BEST of care but they also train their staff and any students (which was me at the time) very well as well. We are taught that this is their home, we are here to support them, and their comfortability is incredibly important. This facility has amazing reviews, and I understand why. They treat their residents with kindness, respect, dignity and understanding. They are very stringent when it comes to medication preparation and the resident's individual care routines as well as serve only the best quality food to the residents. They encourage independence and at the same time support those who can't do things for themselves. If you are unsure of where to place your loved one and want to make sure that they receive the best of care in your absence, I highly recommend this facility for your peace of mind (remember, I saw things behind the scenes).
THE BEST, happy friendly staff. They treat our mother with love and care. She is always clean and happy and their communication with family is second to none. A very big thank you.
