The Chef is absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble for him. My mum has dairy free food and she was always provided delicious and varied foods. Thanks so much!
Charlesbrook is a lovely home run by a great organisation. The staff are always responsive and respond quickly to any issues. i would highly recommend this home.
Our beloved mother was at Charlesbrook McKenzie in Templestowe for 16 stressful months and received substandard care. Our mother's health deteriorated rapidly during that time. Luckily we moved her to a different aged care facility and her health has picked up. The Mckenzie group has a very strong commercial focus and management does not appear to be concerned about the residents. So many caring staff members left during the time our mother was there and there were too many agency staff being used as well as so many new staff who did not know the residents so there was no continuity of care. Profit first centred care at its finest.
Concessional residents welcome
