I just wanted to say a huge thank you for looking after my Mum for the past few weeks of her life, she was very much loved by her family, and plentiful close friends over her many years and all around the world. Cancer is such a terrible disease, which robs people of their life and dignity, but we are all thankful that their are fantastic Nurses, and Staff in our aged care facilities who help them as much as possible in their final years, months and days. If it was up to me you would all get a pay rise, much higher than Government officials who give themselves pay rises for nothing. Thank you once again for your help with my loving Mum.
"Smoke and Mirrors"...place looks new and fantastic...but the reality is different! Actual care is reliant on the caring of hands on staff. Management will blame you or your loved one for their inadequacies. Check out the audit done in August, just type in google Carramar Rest Home audit. Sad reading, even sadder that it appears no real changes have been made. Under resourced and under staffed.
My mum was here and I can’t say enough about how well the staff treated her with dignity and respect
Experienced and lovely staff. Beautiful and spotless grounds. Could stay there for ever.
Villa carramar is absolutely the best aged care facility I have ever visited. Staff are caring and inclusive. A genuinely family and community friendly place. A resident told me she is very happy with her decision to give up her home and live in this atmosphere.
