I experienced a lack of communication in facilitating my grandma's care initially, but I've seen a huge improvement after raising a concern. My grandma's room is on the first floor, and my family is very grateful for all the staff, especially the RNs, who were very accommodating. However, I do believe that there is still room for improvement, as I found that some of the other caring staff were rushing and not considering enough for an elderly woman. I believe this may be due to a deeper issue of a staff shortage. In general, we are very happy and thankful to the team.

The staff during a difficult time re Covid requirements for masks & tests are helpful and accommodating to provide us with what information and resources to support visitation of our 93 year old grandmother. She had Covid and was successfully managed through it without incident.. good team. Thank you.

If the attitude of the receptionist / woman who answers the phone 'Gloria' is anything to go by - i'd hate to think how this place treats their residents. Not nice at all.

So disappointed in this home. We admitted our elderly parents to the home in Oberon in July of 2015. Had we known how incompetent the running of the home was to be we would have made alternative arrangements. Communication is abysmal, the staff appear to be overworked, there is a high turnover of staff and the food is mediocre at best. The facility itself is lovely it just needs a staff management overhaul to make it into the wonderful home we thought it would be.
