Both our parents have been residents at Donington Court for the last 17 months. During that time, in our experience, they have been very well cared for both medically and socially, and both our parents have been extremely happy there. Sadly our mother recently passed away at Donington Court. From the moment of her passing to the memorial service that we were allowed to hold at the Home, the management and staff have been exceptional and beyond all expectations for there caring approach which made us feel part of the Donington family. We will forever be grateful to all of the staff at the Home for all their efforts during this time, especially in making the memorial service an unforgettable and personal occasion. We cannot let this occasion go by without mentioning the manager, Roshan, our mother's main carers Pree and Jessie, lifestyle caters Barbara and Angela, Chaplain Dale, pastoral carer Kristen, chef Vince, all the registered nurses especially Nikki, Andrew, Anna Manju, Tendai and Donna, and last but not least Victor for all his prompt attention to deal when maintaining our parent's rooms. Thank you all at Donington Court from Wendy, John, Vicki, Ian, and Keith on behalf of the Shaws

Pretty much a place where you can send your loved ones to die a slow and painful death. The lack of care for the residents is absolutely disgusting. The carers also have no regard for patient confidentiality, given that they spend their time gossiping about residents and how they don’t respond to callouts when the residents ring the buzzer for help. This begs the question about the company's onsite staff training and the ethics of the carers onsite. The worst part is when the place has not taken the time to provide an 87-year-old with food, and the family has to take food in late at night. So if you want your loved ones to starve and die a painfully slow death, send them to Donington Court Anglicare.
