The working staff are very caring and loving. Management can be cold though. Doctor would miss my mothers appointments, disappointed in him in general. The older rooms really need renovation. I would have thought the non-dementia patients would have been moved into the newer wing.
I would have to be very picky to find fault with Emmaus. Very good caring staff, giving great care to my dad.
Treated my mother with kindness andrespect...always available to talk to family...Thank you
Emmaus is clean and very friendly and the people being looked after there are all very happy.
I was here because i lost my purse and a wonderful man called Jason Cramp had found it and he worked here. The reception was very tidy and presentable.
