From Delores to all the staff at Estia Ardeer a very approachable. I admire there work ethics. In a time when it is so hard for a family member to have a loved one placed in care. It is reassuring that staff are always approachable. Staff always make an effort to greet you when they see you. Needs and concerns are always dealt with promptly. If not at the time, staff will get back to you. The amazing carers do a fantastic job. Especially in times of staff shortages. Interaction form carers to patients is always great to see. It is reassuring, knowing mum is looked after.
Very disappointed in this aged care ,and some of the food there that gets dished up you wouldn’t feed to a dog.some staff there very caring I must say but otherwise still very disappointed in this place..send your loved ones somewhere else..
I am a doctor who looked after a resident who was cared for here. I am concerned by poor wound care of a pressure sore, and low rates of COVID vaccination at this nursing home. I hope these problems can be addressed to help future residents. Regards
