We have a beautiful home at Estia Health Burton we have just gone through a refurbishment and I love showing the place off to new Residents especially our beautiful rose garden court yard.. our staff are friendly and always helpful we are one big family at Estia Health Burton

This place is absolutely terrible to the elderly living here, there is so much neglect and incompetence. Takes ages for anyone to respond to the call bell, they responded quicker to the assistant button than the call button. My Nana has to write her name on her clothing because heaps of clothes have gone missing and then no help from staff when asked about it. My Nana is all the way at the end of the hall, she has dementia so that inhibits her from being able to know how to ring the bell and all she knows is to call out for help. - Because she is so far away from staff and so nobody can hear her call out. My Nana was taken to the toilet, she can barely walk or do anything left alone, the staff left her alone and she ended up falling forward off the toilet trying to get up. For over half an hour the staff left her on the floor not helping because they were too concerned with change over shifts (The people responsible had no right to change shift until the situation was resolved). The ambulance was more helpful getting her up and knowing what to do. This place is so disrespectful to the elderly

Totally disgusted with how this place treats people there. My dad was there for a short time and the way he was treated was down right pitiful. He was unable to stand up yet the carers would leave his meals on the bench near the door. His pain management was mishandled and will never forgive them for how they treated my dad. Hopefully in future the government hold places like these more accountable for their actions

My mother in law was a resident for the last 12 months before she sadly passed away. During our visits she always said how lovely and helpful the staff were. The staff would always say they loved her. The cook would make special meals for her to entice her to eat. Mum had access to the garden area outside her room and made it her own complete with solar lights, many plants and statues. Hopefully the remaining residents and staff continue to look after enjoy the garden she left behind. We as a family found Estia Health to be nice comfortable, peaceful place.
