I have not been here before but on Friday I was given this number to call as I was in dire straits trying to find accomodation for a 75 year old man who was blocking my every effort to help him have somewhere to stay. I spoke with a lady Gabby who bent over backwards to explain things to me, helped me by organising things/paperwork in a very prompt manner. This lady kept me sane as l was pulling my hair out with this man. If management respect and value the great staff they have like Gabby, may I suggest she be given a worker of the month award, maybe a nice bonus in her pay like a CASH bonus!..It is time management rewarded their amazing staff. If your boss doesn't appreciate you, please know I do Gabby and I thank you so much for your help.

Both parents are receiving very good care in Estia. My Mum never stops telling me how wonderful and kind the staff are, and how loved she feels. The ambience is very homely and nice and bright inside. Lovely gardens and courtyards. Always plenty of activities being run to keep the residents engaged. Staff are always friendly and happy. Kept very clean and always smells fresh. Given the trauma that can come with putting parents into aged care, I have found the whole process with Estia to be very comforting and easy. They have brought me great peace of mind that my loved ones are safe and well cared for.

This is for one year ago. One of the worst places on earth. My dad was abused by a staff member by the name of Darren. They lie. Management are so pathetic. Couldn't manage a ice-cream shop if they tried let alone a aged care facility. I would give a minus 40 if I could. And yes I did put a complaint in to the age care commission. not sure if it has improved now.

Lack of staff major issue. P.C.A.s run ragged, always more 'needs' than staff can 'manage'. Management react to complaints but concerned about people who have no one to speak for them.
