Stunning facility, caring staff, wonderful management, delicious food and well appointed rooms! All staff are extremely caring and empathetic and I am impressed with the standard of care.
Great caring staff.. looking after mum very well
All the new heaters that have been fitted into the independent units are a cheap brand which do not produce a sufficient amount of heat. Now, imagine all the elderly confined to their homes because of covid-19 since March, unable to see their families, in the middle of freezing cold melbourne winter with little next to no heat. Numerous residents have complained including my own family member who has lived there for years. Some residents have been told to 'leave if they don't like it' and others are yet to get a response back to their complaints. I feel this is a gross injustice and all units need to be refitted with a proper heating source. How would the owners or the staff of this establishment like it if their elderly relatives were subjected to these living conditions whilst paying rent? There is a serious disregard of care and it's appalling.
Can't wait to see the renovations actually happen.
