I would give this place a 0 if i could as i am disgusted with donations that have been made to this place being tossed into the rubbish. When any other nursing/care home is willing to accept donations of consumable products to be told that this place cant take them which they have in the past and then told that they get thrown out has shocked me.
They need to hire staff with interpersonal skills. Terrible communication skills towards both residents and visitors.
Excellent care for my dear mum who has been there for a few years. Turkish food is superb and all the staff are great
Brand new facility only couple years old with everything our precious elderly need including pay TV in private room in house barber quality meals provided and they even have pet birds in there private garden. Lots more to brag about but one must visit to see for your self. I have seen other homes but this one can't compare.
i just want to say thank you for every thing that you do for my grand father, i should recommend you for all elderly people who are looking for best of the best, thanks iffath.
